Returns Policy

Upon purchasing an order, we are unable to make any changes once they have been confirmed and paid for on the system, so please choose wisely.  A product cannot be returned due to change of mind. A product may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the purchase date, given the product is in its new, original condition and packaging, and is not a sale/clearance item. The product must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached and a copy of the receipt must be included. A refund will not be provided if these terms are not met.

To arrange a return or exchange, please visit the ‘contact us’ page and send a request with the details of the return/exchange. The request will be processed within 7 days of receiving the products, and a full refund or exchange will be arranged, not including the original postage fee. Costs of postage for returns or exchange will not be covered by Apollo and A Bib
